This is a submission form for fabric gallery requests. Customers can submit their custom fabric requirements through this product.
Return policy
We accept returns or exchanges only for defective or wrong products with an uncut opening video. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Sale and custom items are not returnable. Refunds are given only if no replacement is available. Complaints must be raised within 24 hours. Orders can’t be cancelled, and no refunds are given for cancellations or refused deliveries.
Shipping
We process orders in 2–4 business days and ship as quickly as possible. Delivery usually takes 7–14 business days, and tracking will be shared after dispatch. Shipping charges apply at checkout. Delays may occur, and incorrect addresses will require reshipping fees.
